Dancing at Lughnasa

It is Harvest time in Donegal and the Mundy sisters are teetering on the edge of catastrophe.

Funny and heartbreaking, Dancing at Lughnasa is about five courageous women battling poverty and shifting values in a changing Ireland.

This award-winning play looks at memory – individual and collective – and the impact of change in a small village in 1930’s Ireland.

Will extraordinary resilience be enough for these sisters to fight their fate?

The R&R return to the dlr Mill Theatre with Brian Friel’s Dancing at Lughnasa from 6th to 10th February 2024, directed by Garry Mountaine.
