First aired in the West End over 80 years ago, Sandyford Little Theatre are proud to present,  Noël Coward’s most famous play, ‘Blithe Spirit’– a comedy written in dark times during 1941, just after the Blitz destroyed his London office.

It tells the story of novelist, Charles Condomine, who wishes to learn about the occult for a book he’s writing. He invites a psychic to perform a séance at his home, only for her to summon the ghost of his manipulative and mischievous first wife, who returns to earth to haunt him and his current marriage. Only Charles (and the audience) can see Elvira which causes much grief at home and much fun in the auditorium!

Running Time:   2hours 15minutes including an interval.  Suitable for age 11+
