‘Behind the Curtain’ is a heart-warming insight into the world of community theatre, offering the audience a backstage look into the fun, chaos and camaraderie of an enthusiastic musical society as they put on a show.
Join the members of the group as they journey through the season from script to stage. Guided through the stories of its members, experience the ups, downs, divas, jazz hands and other antics that comes with preparing for an upcoming performance.
From the nerves of auditions to the energetic rehearsals, witness how a group of strangers from all walks of life come together in the community spirit of dedication, passion and humour to create a musical masterpiece for all to enjoy. With every scene, the cast reminds us why community theatre may be a labour of love but a joy for the heart.
Packed full of song and dance from musical classics to Disney greats, audiences are sure to be singing in the aisles and smiling from ear to ear
