Verdant Productions Present Pop Up Musical

A new way to experience “live” music in your own neighbourhood & on your doorstep from the 14 – 26 September, with two shows a day at 7pm and 8.30pm. Each show has a 30 minute duration.

Bringing family, neighbours and friends together, Pop Up Musical presents music from the film The Commitments & other soul classics right to your door .  A ticket for this unique experience allows you to be entertained in your very own neighbourhood, and costs can be shared between one family or a group of family and friends in your area.

The cast features some of Ireland’s finest singers and performers who have performed in the West End shows like The Commitments, and stars Brian Gilligan (The Commitments), Amy Penston (The Commitments), Kevin Hartnett (The Big Deal – Virgin Media) and Leah Penston (The Commitments).

Speaking about Pop Up Musical, Producer Donal Shiels said: “I am thrilled to get the opportunity to present “live music” to the people of Dublin. The quality of the artists involved is world class and they can’t wait to deliver a great music show to live audiences. Music is a big part of all our lives – I hope this will whet the appetite for audiences for the full reopening of live events soon.”

Due to timing and mobility the performances can only take place in the Greater Dublin area (for now!).

We will need to check  the location / area for suitability before we confirm the booking. For safety reasons we cannot perform on or near a Main road.

Pop Up Musical performances will be Covid 19 compliant and will be in line with Government advice and guidelines.  Social distancing must be observed at all times.

We will need access to a power source for the PA Sound system, we will supply an extension lead where necessary.

Bookings are only available in the Greater Dublin Area

Cast members will arrive ready to go in costume

If the weather is bad e.g. Heavy rain, we will reschedule your performance for another time.
