St. John’s Gospel Choir Ballinteer, was founded in 2009.  Our musical director is Mary O’Gorman. We are largely a community choir numbering 80, including musicians. We have performed for Pope Francis in Rome, President Michael D. Higgins at Trinity College Dublin, and audiences at the National Concert Hall and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. We also performed at European venues during our tours of Rome, Florence, Vienna and Salzburg. In 2019 we intend touring Seville and Malaga as part of our 10^th anniversary celebrations. Our special guest is Irish Mezzo Soprano Raphaela Mangan.
